Every country, and what we actually hold
Six countries have programme-level data. Most have institutions only, because that is what their national register publishes. Some we hold nothing for at all, and those are listed too.
We hold no institutions and no programmes for these 135 countries. They appear in our country list because entry rules, recognition verdicts or qualifications reference them. The gap is ours — finding a national register and writing a reader for it are two separate jobs, and only the first is close to done.
