3. Degree homologacion applies ONLY to regulated professions⚠ NARROWER THAN COMMONLY CLAIMED. 4. Medios economicos — 100% of IPREM, EUR 600 per monthRD 1155/2024 requires 100% of IPREM monthly for the student, plus 75% for the first dependant and 50% for each additional one. At EUR 600/month that is EUR 7,200/year. 5. Health insurance from an insurer AUTHORISED TO OPERATE IN SPAINThe benchmark is equivalence to the Spanish National Health System basic portfolio, NOT a euro figure — no minimum coverage amount exists in the regulation. 6. Student visa fee is nationality-dependent by law — no single euro figureThe amount is fixed by ministerial Order and adjusted by the RECIPROCITY principle, so it varies by nationality and is published per consulate in local currency. Example: the Consulate General in Mumbai charges INR 8,920 plus an INR 1,675 outsourcing fee from MAEC — tariff published per consulate ↗
7. 8. NO country-level Spanish language requirementCHECKED AND CONFIRMED ABSENT, which is different from unresearched. Neither RD 1155/2024 nor RD 412/2014 imposes a Spanish certificate for the visa or for university access.
